Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how CloudStation issues refunds, credits, and pro-rata adjustments. It supplements the CloudStation Terms and Conditions; in case of conflict regarding refunds, the Terms control.
1. General Position
Paid Subscriptions to CloudStation are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy, the CloudStation Terms and Conditions, or as required by applicable mandatory law.
Once a Subscription fee has been charged, CloudStation will not refund any portion of the fee paid for the then-current billing period. You will not be eligible for a pro-rata refund of an unused portion of a Subscription term, regardless of when in the term You cancel.
2. Cancellation Does Not Trigger a Refund
If You cancel a paid Subscription, You may continue to use the paid features until the end of Your then-current billing period. No further charges will be made after that period. Cancellation does not generate a refund of fees already paid.
3. Discretionary Credits and Refunds
CloudStation may, in its sole discretion, offer credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis where circumstances warrant — for example, Service unavailability significantly outside published Service targets, billing errors attributable to CloudStation, or duplicate charges. Such credits or refunds are not a precedent and do not modify Your future rights under this Policy or the Terms.
4. Promotional and Usage Credits
Promotional credits, trial credits, and any usage credits issued by CloudStation are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are non-refundable. They expire upon cancellation or termination of Your Account unless used prior to such event.
5. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If You believe You have been charged in error (including duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or charges to a payment method You did not authorise), contact [email protected] within 60 days of the charge. CloudStation will investigate and, if the error is confirmed, issue a refund or credit to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or credit, email [email protected] with:
- The email address associated with Your Account;
- The transaction ID or date of the charge;
- The reason for Your request; and
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages).
CloudStation will respond within 10 business days. Where a refund is approved, processing time depends on the original payment method and Your bank, and typically takes between 5 and 15 business days to reach You.
7. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund right You may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law. Where such a right applies, CloudStation will comply with it.
