Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel paid Subscriptions, how auto-renewal works, what happens to Your data after cancellation, and Your rights and CloudStation's obligations on termination. It supplements the CloudStation Terms and Conditions; in case of conflict, the Terms control.
1. How to Cancel
You may cancel Your paid Subscription at any time using either of the following methods:
- Account Settings: log in to app.cloud-station.io, open Settings → Billing, and select Cancel Subscription.
- Email: contact [email protected] from the email address associated with Your Account, with the subject "Cancel Subscription".
No phone call, retention conversation, or extra steps are required.
2. Auto-Renewal
PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD AT THE THEN-CURRENT RATE UNTIL CANCELLED. TO STOP FUTURE CHARGES, YOU MUST CANCEL THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE THE END OF THE THEN-CURRENT BILLING PERIOD.
3. Effect of Cancellation
- You retain access to paid features until the end of Your then-current billing period.
- No further charges are made to Your payment method after that period ends.
- Cancellation does not generate a refund of fees already paid (see Refund Policy).
- You remain liable for any fees incurred prior to cancellation.
- AI Agents and Deployed Applications associated with Your Account are deactivated when Your Account is fully terminated.
4. Data Retention After Cancellation
Following Account termination, CloudStation retains Your data and Content for a reasonable period (typically thirty (30) days) to allow recovery in case of accidental termination, after which it is deleted in accordance with the CloudStation Privacy Policy and (where applicable) the Data Processing Agreement.
5. Free Tier
Free tier Accounts may be cancelled by deleting the Account in Settings or by contacting CloudStation. Free tier Accounts may also be modified or discontinued by CloudStation at any time, at its sole discretion, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
6. Termination by CloudStation
CloudStation may terminate or suspend Your Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including: violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment of fees, violation of third-party AI provider terms, conduct that is harmful to other Users or to the Platform, request by law enforcement, or discontinuation of the Platform or any material portion thereof.
Where termination by CloudStation is for cause attributable to You, no refund is owed. Where termination is initiated by CloudStation other than for cause and the affected billing period has not elapsed, CloudStation will at its discretion either provide a pro-rata credit toward future Services or, where required by mandatory law, a pro-rata refund.
7. Reinstating a Cancelled Account
If You change Your mind, You may reinstate a cancelled Account by signing up again with the same email. Where Your data was retained within the 30-day window following cancellation, CloudStation will attempt to restore it; after the retention window, restoration is not possible.
8. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable cancellation right You may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law. Where such a right applies, CloudStation will comply with it.
