How is this different from a chat assistant?

A chat assistant answers you, and then you do the job. On CloudStation, Charlie hands the job to specialists who use your tools and carry out the steps. Work can also start from a customer message, a schedule or your own app.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Start with a job you can describe in plain words. Charlie picks the help. You connect the accounts the job needs. Connecting your own software through the Agents API is the one part that may need a developer.

What should I start with?

Pick one job with a clear result that lands on you every week. Routine customer questions, research before a call and a weekly report are good first ones. Try it, check the results, then let it run.

Will it do things without asking me?

Only what you allow. You choose which tools the team can use and where it stops for your decision. You can watch, pause or stop any job, and read and join every customer conversation.

What if something breaks halfway?

Long jobs save their place as they go. After a pause or a restart they pick up where they stopped instead of starting over.

Can I use my own AI account?

Yes. Connect a Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini account or your own provider keys, or use access your team shares. Your provider's billing and limits apply.

Can my team use it together?

Yes. Owners, admins and members share specialists, tools and keys without passing passwords around, and each person connects their own mail and files.

Can I take my work with me?

Yes. Export your files and app data whenever you like. If you close your account, running apps get a 30-day window to export before hosted resources are removed.
