Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 2, 2026Effective: October 2, 2026

How to stop CloudStation from using an account you connected, such as Instagram, and how to have the data CloudStation holds about it deleted.

1. Stop CloudStation’s access

You can stop CloudStation from using a connected account at any time. For Instagram, do either or both of the following:

  1. In CloudStation, open Settings → Integrations, find Instagram and choose Disconnect. Agents lose access immediately.
  2. In Instagram, open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove CloudStation. Instagram then rejects any token CloudStation still holds for your account.

2. Request deletion of your data

To have CloudStation permanently delete the data it holds about a connected account, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Include:

  1. the email address of your CloudStation account;
  2. the service and account to delete, for example your Instagram username.

We confirm receipt, verify that the request comes from the account owner, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We then confirm by email.

3. What is deleted

  1. The stored access tokens for the connected account.
  2. The account details we stored when you connected it (account ID, username, name, account type, profile picture link).
  3. On request, the conversations and task records in which your Agents used data from that account.

Closing your whole CloudStation account deletes or anonymises this data for every connected service, within the retention periods in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
