CloudStation is a unified platform with two core products:

1. **Cloud Platform** — Deploy and host applications with automatic builds, custom domains, SSL, health checks, auto-deploy from Git, sleep scheduling, and a template marketplace with 64+ production-ready templates.

2. **AI Agent Platform (Charlie)** — Create, orchestrate, and manage AI agents powered by Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, or Gemini. Includes 36+ agent templates, multi-agent orchestration, a skills system, and visual DAG-based pipelines. Users bring their own AI API keys — no per-token markup.

### FAQ

**Can I switch plans?** Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect next billing period.

**Do I need both products?** No. Cloud Platform and AI Agent Platform are independent subscriptions. Use one or both.

**What does BYOK mean?** Connect your own Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini API keys. You pay AI providers directly at their rates — CloudStation adds no per-token markup.

**What happens if I exceed my app limit?** You need to upgrade to a higher tier. Existing apps keep running — we never shut down running deployments.

### Terms and Conditions Summary

**Key Points:**

- **Platform Intermediary Status:** CloudStation provides infrastructure and tools. It does NOT develop, own, train, or control AI models. All AI capabilities come from third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
- **User Responsibility:** Users are responsible for all actions taken by their AI agents and sub-agents.
- **AI Disclosure:** All AI agents interacting with humans must disclose their AI nature at the start of each interaction.
- **Kill Switch Required:** Users must implement functional mechanisms to halt all AI agent operations.
- **Billing:** Per-app pricing in USD, auto-renewal. Annual plans are non-refundable but access continues for the full year.
- **Liability Cap:** Greater of 12-month fees paid or $100 USD.
- **Governing Law:** UAE law (Emirate of Dubai).
- **Dispute Resolution:** Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
- **AI Provider Compliance:** Users must comply with the terms and acceptable use policies of the AI providers they connect (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
- **Data Export:** 30-day window after termination to export data.
- **Class Action Waiver:** All disputes conducted on individual basis only.

- **Data Controller:** CloudStation for account and usage data; data processor for user-processed data.
- **Dual Compliance:** UAE PDPL and GDPR (for EEA/UK/Swiss subjects).

- **No Training on User Data:** AI providers do not train on user data. Safety monitoring retention varies by provider.
- **No Sale of Data:** CloudStation does not sell personal data.
- **Security:** AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, role-based access control, MFA, encrypted secrets vault.
- **Breach Notification:** Within 48 hours of awareness.
